I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about Apex Auto Framingham!!! Right from when I first pulled Justin and Rob were sooooo proactive setting up the claim for my car to be fixed , getting the rental taken care of for me, and having my car repaired fast!! Rob and Justin were so professional, so friendly and extremely knowledgeable explaining everything about the process, etc to me ! They worked with my insurance company directly! The work Apex Framingham did repairing/replacing the major damage I had was above exceptional! They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car (believe me it was a nightmare of a mess!) making it gorgeous again!! I can say in confidence that the Apex Auto team demonstrated extreme professionalism. I was constantly informed of every step of the process of fixing my car. I was given an estimated timeline of when the service would be complete and they exceeded all expectations. The service was completed well ahead of schedule, my vehicle was detailed inside and out, and the Apex team were extremely welcoming upon my arrival for picking up my vehicle. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my car being pulled out front. It looked fresh off the lot ! Extremely amazed. I give apex a 10 out of 10 ! ~ christopher E

No one wants to have car issues but when in doubt, trust the team at Apex with your bodywork. I had a dent on the roof of my car I thought couldn’t be fixed. The folks at Apex did a wonderful job. Even though they were busy, they were able to fit me in same day and take care of it for me. Moreover, Robert at the reception was very welcoming. When I came in, he offered me coffee and went out with me to take a look at the damage. Apex Auto Center took great care of my car! I brought it in as a result of an accident and it came out looking brand new!! They were welcoming and friendly when I came by. They were honest and there was no games, which was great! Throughout the whole process they provided me with updates and were happy to communicate. They made the whole experience stress free for me. Apex was recently recommended to me by my insurance company after I was involved in a hit and run and my car sustained a lot of damage. Due to my schedule, my car was picked up from my workplace. They communicated with me every step of the way and the repair was done exquisitely better than if the car were brand new. A family member brought their truck to this family business. The location was very nice and the staff was very kind and friendly. The interior detail they provided was unbelievable.
